Last Friday, Craig Zinkievich wrote a letter to the ZAM community detailing the nearly endless customization avenues available to Star Trek Online players. We call it Total Customization, the philosophy that you can differentiate yourself from the other people you come across in the universe.

Craig discusses the principle as it applies to ship customization, and includes a screenshot of three varied ships of the same make to illustrate his point.
